This high-power hot air rework station is specifically designed for professional rework use on cellphones, laptops, and other multi-layer circuit boards. As compared to a standard hot air station that has a more general range of use, this high-power station helps you extract components quickly without roasting the circuit board. This is especially helpful when working with dense boards that contain lots of SMD components, commonly found on Apple, Huawei, and other small electronic products.

You can select a temperature range of 100°C to 500°C and simulated air volume from 1 to 120 to satisfy a wide range of requirements for various components. The hot air temperature is stabilized via the PID temperature control programme, and you can expect a consistent, efficient, and low-noise rework experience. There are THREE hot air modes (Hot Air Mode/Cool Air Mode/In-Holder Standby Mode) for different work requirements, and you can switch between these modes with just one press of a button. The station comes with THREE preset channels to store your regularly used settings for reworking different components with different temperature and air volume requirements.

This function gives you a much more efficient workflow as you do not have to spend the extra time to change settings when you're working on different components on the same board. You can control the station's parameters via the LCD touch-screen, and we designed the interface with intuitive control logic for you to navigate the menus/settings/parameters easily.

The station is also equipped with digital temperature calibration to make the calibration process easier for precision works. You can simply enter the actual hot air temperature measured into the calibration interface, and the built-in microcomputer will do the discrepancy correction work for you.
